Terminally Incoherent Temporarily Down

The server is still in the process of being brought back from the brink of destruction, but the good news is that the site seems to be loading now. I have removed the front page redirect so you should be able to access the site normally.

Terminally Incoherent is currently down due to some crazy mishap at Dreamhost. The server is currently being restored from backup and apparently under crazy load which makes most of the sites completely unusable.
The bad news is that there is not much I can currently do about this from my end. I do have intermittent ssh access, but the server keeps timing out, and it currently takes about 5 minutes to see results after you issue a command.
The good news is that the site should spontaneously burst back into existence later today, tomorrow or… You know, whenever Dreamhost gets to it.
